They provide off cuts of carpets.

These guys helped me complete a renovation in 7 days. The tenant was literally unpacking their boxs as the carpet was still being layed.

I should find the photos the the tenat was so gratefull of the nice new house.  Even if they had to sit on the steps until after lunch.
 
I love it when a house is just painted and has new carpet.
