It is clear and straight forward. Very simple strategies and I have already used one of your suggestions.

I went back to the bank and asked for a discount and guess what... I received an additional 0.05% off my already low rate.

You are right. There is no harm in asking. A very simple yet effective thing to do.

I settled on the property on Monday afternoon and you are right about the strata. It's $2000 a year.

Everything you have taught me 2.5 years ago took effect on this purchase.

I will now wait a few years for the equity to kick in so I can start the process again.
